I am with a Sole Agent!
You can sell or let your home privately and NOT pay the agents commission. As we are not an Estate Agent, but an advertiser, there is no conflict with sole or multiple agency agreement. Its the same as placing an advert in your local paper.
Can I use an Estate Agent at the Same Time?
Yes, we highly recommend this approach. This maximises your exposure ensuring you achieve the best price. Your property will be advertised in your local property paper and in the estate agents window.

You do not charge commission, why?
Correct, we charge just for the Private house sales let Internet advert. With private house sales and property lets no commission is ever payable to us. How do I value my property?
The value of your property is simply the price a buyer or tenant is willing to pay. Do not be tempted to price too high or you simply will not receive any viewings. Search for similar properties in your area and rank your home against them. This is all the Estate Agents and Letting Agents do.

Do I legally need an Estate Agent or Letting Agent?
No, all Estate Agents do is introduce buyers to sellers, and tenants to landlords.

Do you have a list of buyers or tenants?
Yes, your property details will be automatically emailed to buyers or tenants.

How does the free option work?
Free private house sales and property let adverts are searchable by the 1000s of visitors to the site. Once a free advert is placed it takes up to 48hrs for the advert to be approved and be listed on our site.

How many photos can I display?
Up to 3 photos can be displayed. Free adverts are limited to 1 photo. Photos can be loaded online or emailed to sales@Goarealestates.com quoting your property id order number. We can accept any format via email.

I do not have the pictures in electronic format, what can I do?

Do you keep my personal information private?
Yes. We respect your privacy and never sell your personal information unlike other websites. We only display the telephone numbers and the email you choose.

Do you have a paper application I can post?
Yes. Print off our post application form, fill it in, enclose your photos and payment and post to us.

How do I pay?
