The
terms agreed upon are fixed terms and cannot be altered, modified, cancelled,
terminated or withdrawn by either party provided. However if due to unforeseen
circumstances any legally constituted authority or landlord prevents GANDHI
PUBLICITY from displaying the electronic glow box, the Advertiser shall not
claim any damage from GANDHI PUBLICITY but a rebate will be allowed for the
non-display period or if from any cause (other than the Act or default of the
Advertiser) any of the advertisements be not exhibited, GANDHI PUBLICITY will
make a full proportionate allowance for the time of such non-exhibition and the
Advertiser shall not have any further or other claim against them.
2.
The Advertiser hereby indemnifies GANDHI PUBLICITY and/or person or persons on
whose property the Advertisement are displayed from and against, all actions,
costs, proceedings claims and demands arising out of (whether directly or
indirectly) the subject matter of the Advertisements.
3.
Quotation includes 10.2% service tax as per Govt. Taxation policy. Any further
increase will have to be borne by the advertiser.
4.
Quotation also includes all costs such as Panchayat/ Municipal taxes if any,
electricity bills, maintenance charges, hire charges, amount payable to the
owner of the premises etc.
5.
In case if the contract is cancelled within a year then the Advertiser will have
to pay printing charges extra @Rs.900/-(Rupees nine hundred) per slot per
location and hire charges @Rs.600/-(Rupees six hundred) per slot per location
per month.
6.
At locations of Tourist importance where the landlords premises open & close
as per tourists season, each tourist season will be considered as One year (12
months) for billing purpose.
7.
The artwork will have to be provided by you on CD. The size of the artwork
should be 41.6cms x 71cms with a 3cms inner border on all four sides( please
supply two artworks, one horizontal & one vertical)
8.
For any change in advertisement you will have to give us new artwork on CD along
with printing charges @900/- (Rupees nine hundred) per slot per location.
9.
If payments are delayed we will book the advertisement space to any other
client. You will be liable for paying all charges as per condition No.4 along
with hire charges up till the time we book the advertisement space to the other
client.

Contract amount includes one initial printing. Any further printing will be done
@Rs.900/- (Rupees nine hundred) per slot per location.
11.
All pending payments will have to be paid with interest @ 2% per month.
12.Any
disputes whatsoever is subject to Vasco-da-Gama /Goa Jurisdiction.
13.TERMS
OF PAYMENT: ADVANCE
14.DISOUNTS:
A) If an Advertiser books 10 slots, he will get a discount of 10% i.e.
he will have to pay only Rs.54,000/- for 10 ads.
B) If an Advertiser books 20 slots he will get a discount of 20% i.e. he will
have to pay only Rs.96,000/- for 20 slots.
