We are pleased to submit our lowest quotation
for hiring of advertisement space on our hoardings in Goa as per your choice
and availability of hoarding as under: -
Rs.6/- (six) per sq.ft. per month if hoarding is taken for one year.
Rs.7/-(seven) per sq.ft. per month plus painting charges @ Rs.5/-(five) per
sq.ft. if hoarding is hired for less then a year but
six months & above.
Rs. 8/-(eight) per sq.ft. per month plus painting charges
@ Rs.5/-(five) per sq.ft. if hoarding is hired for less then six months but
three months & above.
Rs.10/-(ten) per sq.ft. per month plus painting chares @
Rs.5/-(five) per sq.ft. if hoarding is hired for less then three months more
then one month.
Rs.12/-(twelve) per sq.ft. plus painting charges @
Rs.5/-(five) per sq.ft. if the hoarding is hired for one month. Minimum period
of hire is one month. If the hoarding is taken for less than a month the
advertiser will still have to pay for a minimum period of one month.
We have hoardings of different sizes like 20’x 10’, 30’x 12’,
30’x 16’, 20’x 20’, 15’x 15’, 30’x 15’, 30’x 10’, 20’ x
10’, 42’x 16’, 40’x 20’, 60’x 20’ (Length x Height)
We can give you sites
anywhere in Goa depending on the type of clients you want to reach out to.
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
We will do the first painting/vinyl mounting free of charge as per your
artwork, if the hoarding is hired for a year.
In case you want to change the painting within a year we will repaint it
@Rs.5/-(five) per sq. ft. our free painting will be only once a year.
If incase the hoarding/s are booked for a year initially but if the contract is
cancelled/ terminated within a year then higher rates as above will be
applicable & the Advertiser will also have to bear the painting charges as
above.
The rates are inclusive of hire of board and structure, maintenance, Municipal
or any other tax at the present scale, with one initial painting/vinyl
mounting if the hoarding is hired for a minimum period of one year.
All bills will be charged 10.2% service tax as per Governments Taxation
policy.
PAYMENTS:
50% in advance, payable along with your art work and 50% with in completion of
painting & submission of bill. If hoarding is booked for three months or less 100% payment will have
to be made in advance along with your work order & artwork.
