OTHER TERMS :
1.
The terms agreed upon are fixed terms and cannot be altered,
modified, cancelled, terminated or withdrawn by either party
provided. However if due to unforeseen circumstances any legally
constituted authority or landlord prevents GANDHI PUBLICITY from
displaying the hoarding, the Advertiser shall not claim any damage
from GANDHI PUBLICITY but a rebate will be allowed for the
non-display period or if from any cause (other than the Act or
default of the Advertiser) any of the advertisements be not
exhibited, GANDHI PUBLICITY will make a full proportionate allowance
for the time of such non-exhibition and the Advertiser shall not
have any further or other claim against them.
2. The Advertiser hereby indemnifies GANDHI PUBLICITY and/or
person or persons on whose property the Advertisement are displayed
from and against, all actions, costs, proceedings claims and demands
arising out of (whether directly or indirectly) the subject matter
of the Advertisements.
3. All payments to be made by local cheques or by demand draft.

Incase of vinyl Gandhi Publicity will not be responsible for
any damage or theft of the to the vinly.
5. If payments are delayed we will book the hoarding to any
other client. You will be liable for paying all charges at the rates
mentioned above as if the contract was made for a shorter period /
cancelled at an early date, up till the time we book the hoarding to
the other client.
6.
All pending payments will have to be paid with interest @ 2%
per month
7.
Any disputes whatsoever is subject to Vasco-da-Gama /Goa
Jurisdiction.
This is merely a
quotation, for hiring of hoarding. The site, if mentioned, is not
confirmed to the client until the signing of a contract and/or
receipt of payment. The sites are offered on the first come first
serve basis
