We
are pleased to submit our lowest quotation for hiring of advertisement space on
Auto Rickshaws in Goa as under: -
Rs.
1000/- (One thousand) per rickshaw per month.
The
size of the advertisement shall be 6’ x 3’ on both sides i.e. 6’ x 3’ x
2 sides.
TERMS
& CONDITIONS
We
will do the first painting/vinyl printing and mounting free of charge as per
your artwork, if the advertisement space is hired for a period of one year.
In
case you want to change the painting/display within a year we will repaint it
@Rs.720/-(seven hundred and twenty) per rickshaw. Our free painting will be only
once a year.
If
incase the advertisement space is booked for a year initially but if the
contract is cancelled/ terminated within a year then the Advertiser will also
have to bear the painting charges as above.
The
rates are inclusive of hire of board and structure, maintenance, Municipal or
any other tax at the present scale, with one initial painting/vinyl printing and
mounting if the advertisement space is hired for a minimum period of one
year.
All
bills will be charged 10.2% service tax as per Governments Taxation policy.
PAYMENTS:
50% in advance, payable along with your art work and 50% within 15 days of
completion of painting & submission of bill.
If
advertisement space is booked for three months or less 100% payment will have to
be made in advance along with your work order & artwork.
