QUOTATION  FOR  WALL  PAINTING

Rate Per sq.ft. ------------ Rs.7.50/- (Rupees Seven and paise fifty per sq. ft.). 

Terms and Conditions:

1.  The sites will be identified and hired by us. 
2.  The rent of the wall will be paid by us for one year. 
3.  If any repainting is required during the year it will be done  @Rs.6/-(Six) per sq. ft. on the same wall. 
4.  As and when if Municipal/Panchayat taxes are to be paid you will have to pay them to us at actuals, in advance. You may pay the Municipality/Panchayat directly also. 
5.  The bills will be submitted to you at intervals/installments after completion of painting. 
6.  All bills will be charged 8% service tax as per the Govt. Taxation policy. 
7.  2% interest per month will be charged on all bills pending for more than twenty five days

Terms of Payment :  50% advance & 50% within 10 days of submission of bill.
